WAYNE ROONEY relaxes on a luxury yacht and speeds off on a jet ski with his son in Spain after historic loss

Wayne Rooney is putting England’s Euro 2016 disappointment behind him on holiday in Spain.

The Three Lions skipper is making the most of his early mark from France, hitting the water on a powerful jet ski and relaxing on a luxury yacht off the island of Formentera.

Rooney relaxed with family and friends just days after what has been described as the most embarrassing defeat in the national team’s history.

Rooney’s performance, along with his teammates’, has been lambasted since the 2-1 defeat by minnows Iceland in Nice which led to manager Roy Hodgson announcing his resignation.
