Inside the luxurious East Bay home Steph Curry gave to his wife Ayesha Curry for $8.9M on the occasion of her passing the car driving test

The Wall Street Journal reported this week that Steph Curry, a guard for the Golden State Warriors, and his wife Ayesha had listed their custom-built home for $8.9 million.

The house was constructed by the Currys in 2018, and the article states that it was sold in an off-market transaction in 2019 for $6.4 million.

The 8,163-square-foot residence has a floating staircase, eight and a half bathrooms, and six bedrooms. The 30-foot ceilings in the living space soar, and the kitchen features two islands.

The mansion, which is situated on 1.35 acres, features a 7-car garage as well as a cutting-edge home theater. Redfin claims that the backyard has a $250,000 bespoke garden and an outdoor kitchen.

According to reports, the Currys’ primary property is now a $31 million house in Atherton that they purchased in 2019.
