The unidentified buyer was represented by Nadine Cory of City Real Estate Corporation, while the property was listed with Carmen D’Angelo and Joseph Liguori of Premier Estate Properties. This deal amounts to Highland Beach’s most costly house sale of 2023.

La Plage Villa, which is situated at 4005 South Ocean Boulevard, is 9,000 square feet divided over four glass-enclosed levels on a.6-acre site. With views of the ocean from almost every room, this contemporary home has seven bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an oceanfront dining area, a five-car garage, and a rooftop sky-deck. The 100′ of shoreline, infinity pool, and spa are elements of the tropical modern outdoor space.
