Pharrell Williams recently sold his second California home in three years, a unique glass-covered compound located in the Hollywood Hills, for $9.2 мιllιon. Pharrell purchased another striking architectural compound in L.A. from Tyler Perry in 2018 and later sold it for $14 мιllιon in 2020. However, the Grammy-winning artist relocated to Florida, where he acquired a lavish 17,000-square-foot residence in Coral Gables for a substantial $30 мιllιon.

The recently sold California home is particularly notable for its unique style. It was built in 2007 by Hagy Belzberg, a renowned Santa Monica-based architect known for creating striking and almost spaceship-like spaces. In this residence, Belzberg combined glass and stone elements with jagged lines that cut through the scenic interiors, giving the property a truly distinctive and eye-catching design.
