Inside Leonardo DiCaprio’s $29M mansion, which he said he wouldn’t sell despite being paid double

Even by Hollywood standards, Leonardo DiCaprio was living it up in the Hamptons this weekend. He rented a $28.9 mιllιon historic mansion in Sagaponack Village, according to our sources.

DiCaprio slept in the 21,000 square foot estate with nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms while he attended Michael Rubin’s star-studded party and spent two nights with Gigi Hadid, a source said. In case Leonardo DiCaprio and his crew wɑnted to see “The Revenant,” the opulent home also included a theater, pool, pool house, tennis courts, fitness center, jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge.

The site also has two buildings, one of which houses a gym, a recording studio, and an art studio. (One dislikes to have to walk all the way to the main home to utilize the gym!). The house, which was created by Kristen Farrell & Co., includes elevator access to every floor, according to the ad.

Along with his friends, The Ned’s Richie Akiva and art dealer Helly Nahmad, 48-year-old Leonardo DiCaprio was in town with Hadid, his 28-year-old are-they-or-aren’t-they girlfriend.

The gorgeous couple was photographed in Bridgehampton at a party held by Akiva and tech tycoon David Rosenberg. The two were originally linked together at Fashion Week in New York City last September. Page Six was informed by an eyewitness that there was obvious tension between the model and Leonardo DiCaprio.

They were witnessed the following night at a Fourth of July celebration thrown by Marc Packer, the founder of the Tao Group, and a party hosted by Akiva at Kissaki in Water Mill. They are together, a source remarked matter-of-factly.
