Brooklyn Nets’ Ben Simmons’ lavish Los Angeles mansion is worth $20M

NBA star Ben Simmons has placed his residence on the market for sale.

Situated within the prestigious and secure Hidden Hills community in Los Angeles, the expansive home spans approximately 12,000 square feet and is listed with an asking price of nearly $20 million.

The property is characterized as a “modern farmhouse retreat” and boasts a total of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as stated in the property listing.

Managing the listing are real estate agents Greg LaPlant, Rachel Salgado, and Branden and Rayni Williams from The Beverly Hills Estates.

According to Fox Sports, the point guard for the Brooklyn Nets has been inactive due to various injuries this season, including knee discomfort. The team’s coach, Jacque Vaughn, mentioned that Simmons underwent an MRI that revealed back inflammation.

Designed by Nobel LA in the year 2021, the dwelling is positioned at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac and is encompassed by abundant landscaping, ensuring privacy.

Highlighted by Pietra marble floors, two bespoke chandeliers, and a distinctive floating brass fireplace that serves as a divider in the living room, the residence comprises a formal dining area.

Among its features is a professional-grade chef’s kitchen with a wine display that spans from floor to ceiling. Additionally, the house incorporates amenities such as a home theater and a combined fitness and music studio. The rooms are distinguished by lofty double-vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that extend out to a backyard that is hailed as an “oasis.”

The outdoor space boasts a 65-foot pool and spa, along with a cabana that provides indoor seating and a game room. Other outdoor amenities include a bathroom, built-in barbecue, fire pit, and video wall.

The primary bedroom suite features a fireplace alongside a sitting area, an intricately designed walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom furnished with two chiseled-stone vanities, a steam shower, and a soaking tub. Additionally, there are four guest suites and separate living quarters for staff.

LaPlant provided a statement to PEOPLE, expressing, “The most captivating aspect of this residence undoubtedly lies in its expansive great room, characterized by soaring 40-foot ceilings accentuated with exposed steel beams. The contemporary kitchen, ideal for casual hosting, seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio complete with a charming fireplace, offering the opportunity to relish breathtaking views of the 65-foot pool. This opulent sanctuary is indeed a realization of every entertainer’s fantasy.”
