After being called out, Juan Mata, a former midfielder for Chelsea and Manchester United, answered with a GIF from the film Dumb and Dumber, joining his two former teammates in making fun of him. Notably, this is not the first time De Gea has visited Manchester since leaving Old Trafford and crossed paths with Bruno Fernandes.

David De Gea has recently been associated with Saudi Arabian clubs, Barcelona, and Nottingham Forest. Nevertheless, the 33-year-old Spanish goalkeeper is still a free agent as no contract has been inked.
