MANCHESTER UNITED stars are reportedly set for a huge pay cut after the club missed out on Champions League qualification.
The Red Devils are guaranteed to miss out on the top four with one game left to play in the Premier League.
As a result, reports have claimed that the squad will have their salaries cut by 25 per cent.
This will save the club millions over the season. but will put a big dent in the player’s earnings.
Casemiro will see the biggest deduction on his £350,000-per-week salary.
The Brazilian will have his weekly wage cut by £97,500k, leaving him with £262,500-per-week.Manager Erik ten Hag will not be an exception from the cuts as he will also have a salary reduction of 25 per cent.
The Dutchman will see his £9million-a-year cut to £6.75m, should he keep his job at the club.
As revealed by SunSport, the ex-Ajax boss appears to be heading for the Old Trafford exit after losing fans’ faith.
The club will be saving some money with high-earners Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial set to leave.
This would see the club reduce the wage bill by almost £600k every week.
Marcus Rashford will see his wage cut from £300k to £225k while club captain Bruno Fernandes will be on £180k.
