Both teams had to go to a penalty shootout as a result of this outcome. Real won the “shootout” 4-3. Two Man City players that failed to convert a penalty are Bernardo Silva and Mateo Kovacic. Luka Modric was the only member of the “White Vultures” side to miss a penalty kιck.
