The Manchester United players trained today in advance of their match against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Mainoo and Garnacho bundled up in their hats and gloves as the rain continued to fall at Carrington.

Scholes, however, was furious with the teens for choosing to wear their hoods up.

He angrily wrote on Instagram, sharing a picture of the pair, “No way can you train properly with your hood up, don’t mind hats and gloves.”

“On the training field, standards are established. Goodbye!

Both of these young players have been bright spots in a disappointing season for the Red Devils, despite their training-field appearance.

In time for Euro 2024, Mainoo has already forced his way into the England squad thanks to his unexpecteԀ ascent to stardom this year.

In addition, Garnacho is the only player with nine goals across all competitions, behind only Rasmus Hojlund.

Man Utd has a long way to go before they can play in the Champions League next season, and Erik ten Hag is under increasing pressure.

They lag Tottenham in fourth place and Aston Villa in fifth place by 11 points.
