Nine months after the five-time NBA champion’s untimely transaction, Venessa listed the property for $1.995 mιllιon on October 27, 2020. Only two days later, someone purchased the property for $2 mιllιon, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The property is described in the listing as a “completely remodeled single-story unit.”
