Admire Big Sean’s expensive Beverly Hills mansion, where the rapper holds a strip club in the basement
Big Sean’s $11.1 mιllιon Beverly Hills Post Office house sold with a nightclub, movie theater, and recording studio. The rapper bought it from Slash for $8.7 mιllιon in 2017. The Guns N’ Roses guitarist installed pirate-ship chandeliers and faux alligator wallpaper.
Big Sean remodeled the interiors four years ago. He chose white walls, arched doorways, and light hardwood floors over multicolored interiors. Seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a two-story foyer, family room with a bar, and chef’s kitchen with two marble islands fill 11,000 square feet.
A recessed-lit recording studio and tiered black cinema theater are on the lower level. Office, library, two stairs, and two garages are also included.
A loggia leads to a fenced garden with a lawn, pool, and spa from the second-floor owner’s suite’s balcony. The half-acre property is in guard-gated Mulholland Estates, where Tyler Perry and Charlie Sheen have lived.
Big Sean, born Sean Michael-Leonard Anderson in Santa Monica, grew up in Detroit. Over the past decade, the rapper has signed with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music, Def Jam Recordings, and Roc Nation and produced five studio albums, including 2020’s “Detroit 2.”
