Inside Timothée Chalamet’s lavish mansion: A hotspоt allegedly visited by beauties

Timothee Chalamet has long maintained a dual residence in Los Angeles and his hometown of New York City. It turns out that Chalamet was the purchaser who just paid $11 mιllιon for the remote property of model Kate Upton and her husband, Houston Astros baseball player Justin Verlander. This marks the Academy Award-nominated actor’s first foray into West Coast real estate.

The East Coast traditional-style property, which was built in the 1970s and is situated high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, has a long history of famous residents.

The hillside property is around 5,500 square feet and is hidden from the street behind large gates, high walls, and a very lengthy road. The many living areas include a living room with a large fireplace, a formal dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with its own breakfast nook.

The house is uniformly white and cheerful throughout, with numerous large windows and French doors. The family area has soaring ceilings and white wood floors. There is also a large lounge with a media center and a walk-in, climate-controlled wine storage closet.

The property has four bedrooms, including a master suite, two smaller “family” suites, and a guest room perfect for a live-in employee. The upstairs master bedroom features two walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bathroom that are both decorated in soothing neutral tones.

Outside, a raised spa, a brick terrace, and a plunge pool are all present. There are also rose gardens, a green lawn, trimmed boxwoods, and a full-size tennis court on the property, which Sampras reputedly used for daily practice while he owned it. The 1.5-acre mansion is located right next to a larger house owned by star Vin Diesel; John Mayer, Cameron Diaz, and Eva Longoria are also nearby and can be reached on foot.

Before that, the arrival of Jenner’s black Range Rover at Timothée Chalamet’s Beverly Hills residence on Thursday has revived rumors of a romance between the two celebrities.

Although the SUV with tinted windows was seen pulling up to the actor from “Call Me By Your Name”‘s driveway, it is unknown if Jenner was inside because she was never captured on camera.
