Rapper 50 Cent, whose real nаme is Curtis Jackson, has finally found a buyer for his massive compound in Farmington, Connecticut, after a 12-year search. The sprawling property, initially listed in 2007 for $18.5 million, sold for a significantly reduced price of $2.9 million, marking an 84% reduction from the original asking price.

Jennifer Leahy of Douglass Elliman was the real estate agent who successfully brokered the sale, bringing an end to the property’s long stint on the market.

50 Cent’s Connecticut mansion is far from ordinary, boasting over 50,000 square feet of living space. The estate includes 19 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, an indoor pool and hоt tub, an indoor court, multiple game rooms, a full gym, a conference room, a home theater, and various other captivating spaces. Situated on 17 acres, the property features a pool, grotto, pond, and a basketball court.

Given that this was 50 Cent’s home, it naturally includes its own nightclub because, after all, where else would you expect Fifty to feel at home if not “in da club”? The rapper also established a recording studio on the property, along with a green screen room for filming.

50 Cent purchased the property for $4.1 million in 2003 from former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson, setting a record price for the area. The sale of the property will reportedly benefit the G-Unity Foundation, a nonprofit public foundation established by 50 Cent and his group, G-Unit. The foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations focused on improving the quality of life in low-income and underserved communities across the United States.
