Manchester United is said to want to sign Atalanta star Ederson in January. Ederson is a Brazilian defender who moved to Bergamo from Salernitana in the summer of 2022 after doing very well there.

Reports sаy that people are paying attention to how well he plays for Atalanta. Goal Brasil says that Manchester United and Barcelona are keeping an eye on Ederson because of how good he is.

United is also said to be ready to make an offer as soon as this month.

It’s still not clear if United will be able to sell any players in January. If not, it’s not likely that the club will have many members.

Some players might come in on loan, but I don’t think Atalanta would accept an offer for Ederson since his deal doesn’t end until the summer of 2026.

Transfermarkt says that Ederson is worth €27m right now, but Atalanta will ask for more if United comes knocking on the door to sign him.

United hopes that Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez, both from South America, will be fully fit again in the next few weeks. Both of them went back to full training earlier this week.
