David Ortiz achieved a record price when he sold his four-year-old mansion in the Miami area.

One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Michael Martinez was the only person to list the residence.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Ortiz and his wife Tiffany Ortiz have divorced and sold their home because their children are now adults.

The home’s $10.6 mιllιon sale price set a record for Miami’s Pinecrest neighborhood. The previous record was set in 2022 by Miami Heat player Tyler Herro, who spent $10.5 mιllιon on a home.
