NBA shooting guard Victor Oladipo has sold his contemporary Miami Beach mansion for $9 million. This seven-bedroom mansion is located on Hibiscus Island, a prestigious guard-gated community in Biscayne Bay, accessible only via the MacArthur Causeway. The sale marks the highest non-waterfront sale on the island, indicating a growing demand for luxury real estate in the area.

The mansion, spanning almost 6,500 square feet, features a light-filled open floor plan, high ceilings, a statement wood wall in the living area, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a primary bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom and two walk-in closets. Outside, there’s a large pool, ample space for entertaining and dining al fresco, and a private guest house with a recording studio that Oladipo added during his ownership.

Oladipo, 31, had purchased the modern mansion for $7.75 million in the spring of 2021. He spent two seasons with the Miami Heat and was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in July. The sale of the property was unrelated to his career. Hibiscus Island offers its residents various amenities, including a waterfront park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and 24-hour security.

The buyer of the property has not been identified.
