Brazilian esports organization LOUD announced that professional footballer Vinicius Jr. is the new co-owner of the organization.
LOUD WILL CREATE UNIQUE CONTENT WITH VINICIUS JR
The Real Madrid forward will work with LOUD on new educational initiatives and content creation, according to a press statement. LOUD will specifically support programs established by the Vini Jr Institute, an organization that delivers educational tools to Brazilian youngsters via a mobile application. Vinicius Jr. and the esports team will incorporate new material and work to enhance early-year education in the Brazilian area.
Vinicius Jr, on the other hand, will create unique LOUD content for the team’s social media outlets. This will enable LOUD to’refocus on entertainment’s future generation,’ with the Brazilian player serving as the ideal ambassador and public personality.
“Vini Jr represents how gaming culture is evolving beyond the screen and into fashion, sports, and even social causes,” stated Bruno Bittencourt, Co-founder of LOUD. We’ll put that new identity to use by creating original content, promoting youth education, and exploring innovative methods to better communities throughout Brazil and Latin America. We’re thrilled to have Vini Jr join the LOUD ownership group as we continue to inspire the next generation of gamers.”
VINICIUS JR JOINS THE CLUB OF PRESENT FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN ESPORTS
The Brazilian winger isn’t the first football player to dabble in esports. Lionel Messi, an Argentinian icon and Ballon d’Or winner, became a co-owner of the Argentine company KRÜ Esports earlier this year, which was created by former player and Messi’s former colleague Sergio Agüero.
Swedish player Pontus Jansson became a co-owner of GODSENT this month, while former Juventus center-back Giorgio Chiellini also ventured into esports in 2021 via 2WATCH, an Italian entertainment firm.
LOUD, founded in 2019, is one of the most rapidly developing esports organizations in Latin America and throughout the globe. The LOUD brand has grown swiftly across gaming titles such as VALORANT, League of Legends, and the Brazilian Free Fire League, thanks to its enthusiastic fan base and worldwide presence.
