Donny van de Beek, a Manchester United midfielder, is set to continue his career with Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany’s Bundesliga. According to well-known football analyst Fabrizio Romano, the Dutch player might join a Bundesliga team on loan.
Eintracht is said to be leading the battle for Van de Beek, with the clubs in advanced talks. Girona would also want to borrow the player. However, the Catalan club gives the player less attractive conditions than the Germans.
Previously, Juventus displayed interest in the midfielder, seeing him as a replacement for Paul Pogba and Nicol Fagioli.
Van van Beek wants to leave Manchester. He is dissatisfied with his position in the squad, particularly because he has only appeared in two matches for the Manchester-based club this season and has only played for two minutes in the Premier League.
Van de Beek joined Manchester United from Ajax in 2020 for a sum of about 40 million euros. The 26-year-old Dutch national team player has appeared in 62 Red Devils matches, scoring two goals and assisting on two others. His contract with the club is set to expire in the summer of 2025.
Eintracht Frankfurt is presently sixth in the Bundesliga. The squad trounced Bayern Munich 5-1 in their most recent encounter.
