Although his reputation as an NBA superstar for the Los Angeles Lakers may be more widely recognized, Anthony Davis is also the spouse of Marlen Polanco Davis.
The couple wed in September 2021 during a star-studded ceremony, having been together since at least 2017, when their first child was born. Following the November 2017 birth of their daughter Nala, the couple has since welcomed two males.
Although the professional basketball player is not particularly inclined to divulge personal details about his life off the court, he has expressed the value he places on his family.

In a September 2022 interview with Spectrum News, the NBA icon confirmed that he and Marlen had their third child in the summer of 2022. When queried about his preferred aspect of the summer, Anthony responded enthusiastically. “Welcoming a new member into our family,” he declared, specifying that it was a “young boy.”

At the Vanity Fair Oscars Afterparty on February 9, 2020, the private couple made a rare public appearance that also signified their first time walking the red carpet together. Marlen accessorized with a thigh-high cut, a cream long-sleeve plunger dress, statement earrings, a white handbag featuring feather embellishments, and strapped heels. Anthony felt sophisticated in a black suit.
They got married in 2021
Anthony and Marlen exchanged “I do” statements at The Beverly Hills Hotel in California on September 18, 2021. The newlywed wore a strapless ceremony gown by the Australian brand Nektaria that featured an extended train and intricate embellishments. In addition to a jeweled headpiece and cascading veil, she complemented her ensemble with a white floral from Mark’s Garden.
The couple changed into their second looks of the evening for the reception, which was orchestrated by celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss, following the exchange of vows.
