Evander Holyfield’s former mansion has found a new owner in rapper Rick Ross, marking a significant change of hands for this luxurious estate.

Originally built in 1994, the 45,000-square-foot mansion, located in Fayetteville County, Georgia, had to be sold to a bank for $7.5 million by the former heavyweight champion, Holyfield. Subsequently, it was put back on the market for $8.2 million. While the exact purchase price by Rick Ross remains undisclosed, the starting bid at an auction for the property was $2.5 million, indicating a substantial price drop from the original listing.

The mansion boasts a wealth of incredible features, including an indoor pool, a movie theater, and a bowling alley. With a total of 12 bedrooms, the dining room can comfortably seat up to 100 people, making it an ideal place for grand gatherings and events.

However, the opulent lifestyle offered by the mansion comes at a cost. According to reports, Holyfield mentioned that it cost him approximately $1 million annually just to maintain the property, with electricity bills alone totaling around $17,000.
