According to recent information, one year after the famous rapper Birdman’s Miami Beach mansion faced foreclosure and was sold for $10.85 million, the property is now expected to hit the market again at a staggering $33.9 million.
The listing comes after the most recent owners carried out extensive renovations on the 20,000-square-foot estate, which included updates to the flooring, air conditioning system, elevator, restrooms, lighting fixtures, and windows.
Handling the transaction is Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman, who commented, “They paid an excellent price” and added, “They were in the right place at the right time.”
Birdman, whose real 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 is Bryan Williams, originally purchased the luxurious property with seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms for $14.5 million back in 2012. The residence is situated in the upscale and gated community of Palm Island.
