Wiz Khalifa is saying goodbye to his Los Angeles residence after a little over three years.
The 34-year-old rapper, whose real nɑmе is Cameron Thomaz, has put his traditional modern property in Encino, California, on the market for nearly $4.5 mιllιon. This is around $1 mιllιon more than what he initially paid for it back in the past three years, as reported by Dirt.
Spanning 5,875 square feet, the house boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and one half bathroom, all adorned with elegant and refined touches. Among the notable features are a floating staircase, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, 25-foot ceilings, exotic woods, and custom lacquer cabinetry.
Inside, the amenities include a 100-bottle wine bar, a home theater, a pool, a spa, as well as a cabana, an outdoor kitchen, a sports court, and an outdoor terrace with a wrap-around balcony.
The property is being listed by Alan Taylor of Compass and Brian Capossela of Cap Equity.
The indoor kitchen provides a cozy breakfast nook with a view of the private grounds, a waterfall island, custom lacquer cabinetry, built-in Miele appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a pass-through to the formal dining room.
Upstairs, there are four bedroom suites, an outdoor terrace, and a wrap-around balcony that offers scenic views of the Santa Susana mountains.
Wiz acquired the home slightly over three years ago after renting a Los Angeles property for $16,000 a month for several years, according to Dirt. Additionally, he owns another home in Pittsburgh.
Dirt also reports that the “See You Again” artist recently purchased a modern farmhouse for $7.6 mιllιon. This 8,000-square-foot residence features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a 450-square-foot guest house equipped with a kitchenette.
The home boasts a spacious driveway and a three-car garage as well, according to the outlet.
