Selena Gomez is aiming for success on her third attempt to sell her Texas residence, hoping that luck will finally be on her side.
The 26-year-old singer and actress has decided to lower the requested amount for her Fort Worth mansion, which is currently listed by Christie’s International Real Estate, to $2.7M. This move comes after previous instances when the “Wolves” singer tried to sell her mansion. Initially, she enlisted Todd Terry and John Zimmerman of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate to handle the sale, with an asking price of $3.499M in 2016, and then again for $2.999M in February 2018.
This expansive estate, boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms, showcases the Texan penchant for size, spanning slightly over 10,000 square feet. Apart from its generously proportioned living areas, including a grand room featuring a fireplace and two complete kitchens, the two-story abode encompasses a game room, a media room with tiered theater seating, and a dedicated crafting room.
Outside, a saltwater pool adjacent to a stone terrace takes center stage, surrounded by an ample open-air cooking space. The 1.5-acre property also accommodates a dual-purpose tennis and basketball court, as well as a putting green.
Last year, as reported by the Los Angeles Times, Gomez managed to sell another property situated in the Calabasas community of Los Angeles, which is renowned for its association with the KarJenner family. The rapper French Montana purchased the home for $3.3M.
