Step Inside the $13M Los Angeles Home of Michael B. Jordan – Stunning Photos

Michael B. Jordan is bidding farewell to his residence in Los Angeles.

The acclaimed Black Panther actor, aged 35, has put up his Encino, California property for sale at an asking price close to $13 million. The listing is managed by Bryan Castaneda and Andrew Mortaza from The Agency.

Tucked away within the secluded gates of the Royal Estates of Encino, this sprawling abode boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and four and a half additional bathrooms.

Situated on a parcel slightly exceeding half an acre, the dwelling showcases an eye-catching exterior with a color scheme of black and gray. A two-car garage and well-coordinated exterior lighting tie these hues together seamlessly.

Covering a generous 12,300 square feet, the house welcomes visitors with a 20-foot wooden-paneled front door and a majestic foyer graced by an exquisite chandelier reminiscent of a sphere.

Inside, the design exhibits lofty ceilings and a palette of wood tones paired with complementary blacks.

The kitchen is equipped with dual islands and cutting-edge appliances, along with a black marble bar and fireplace.

This open-layout concept complements the white marble wall in the kitchen, harmonizing with the matching upper cabinets, light-brown flooring, and similarly-toned cabinets prevalent in the cooking area.

The soaring ceilings extend throughout the residence and into the master bedroom, where a generous fireplace, a balcony, and a private seating area reside.

As detailed in the listing, the property also boasts a soundproof home theater, a glass-enclosed wine room, a wet bar, a gym/salon, and a plunge pool.

Furthermore, this single-family home encompasses a two-story guest house, along with additional features like an elevator, multiple laundry rooms, and a dedicated office space.

While gearing up for the Coach Fall 2021 campaign photoshoot, Jordan chatted with PEOPLE about his experience residing in Los Angeles.

“As a person who appreciates sweater weather, jackets are my go-to because I enjoy layering,” he shared with PEOPLE at the time. “Hailing from the East Coast, I relish any opportunity to throw on a few layers. In L.A., such chances are sparse.”

He added: “It transports me back to my East Coast roots! I feel at ease. It’s snug and cozy…and they fit exceptionally well, especially since I’ve been working out. I’ll don a stylish turtleneck and it fits perfectly.”
