Snoop Dogg and his wife have fun with their mint green Chevrolet Monte Carlo supercar

Snoop Dogg is parting ways with one of his cars, a 1978 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The rapper took to Instagram to share a dealership’s post showcasing numerous pictures of his cherished vehicle.

This automobile is undoubtedly a collector’s dream, and it has already piqued the interest of many enthusiasts. Chevrolet’s third-generation Monte Carlo underwent a significant downsizing compared to its predecessors. The 1978 model boasted increased interior and trunk space, shedding 700-800 pounds and sҺrinking by 15 inches compared to the 1977 variant. It featured a standard 231 CID V6 engine, courtesy of Buick, generating 105 horsepower at 3,400 rpm and 185 ft-lb (251 Nm) of torque at 2,000 rpm.

While the selling ad doesn’t disclоse the price, Snoop Dogg is not slowing down on his car ventures. He recently showcased his “mint condition” 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. In one photo, he sits atop the hood alongside his wife and high school sweetheart, Shante, celebrating their enduring “30 plus” years of companionship.

Snoop appears to have acquired the 1957 Bel Air around October of the previous year when he initially flaunted it on Instagram. Details about the specific engine option he chose remain undisclosed. The 1957 Bel Air came with four standard engine choices, including an inline 6-cylinder, a V8 “Turbo-Fire,” and two different 283 cu in V8s, yet Snoop didn’t specify which one he owns.

In addition to these two remarkable vehicles, Snoop’s extensive collection includes a Polaris Slingshot “The Batman,” a customized Chrysler 300, a 1966 Pontiac Parisienne ‘Lakers Edition,’ a Cadillac Snoop Deville Lowrider, a 1967 Cadillac de Ville ‘Brown Sugar,’ and a 2017 Tesla Model X, among other notable entries.
